Jazz Jenkins is an actor, singer & multidisciplinary creative with full rights to work in the USA & UK.
In 2020, she relocated from her native NYC to London to train on the BA (Hons) Acting course at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). Since graduating, Jazz has originated leading roles across major UK stages, made significant contributions in the development of award-winning projects and built up a strong catalogue of work across a variety of genres.
Jazz’s creative practice centers international exchange, rooted in her Caribbean heritage and presence in Barbados, and extending through her homegrown networks in New York and developing career in London. She is especially drawn to interdisciplinary storytelling shaped by music and song.
Presently, she is developing her short film directorial debut, G&Me, which she co-wrote and will direct, score, and star in. She is also building her major 2027 initiative, the La Maison Barbados Artist Residency, bringing 12 peers from the UK and USA to Barbados for a week of art-making culminating in a public exhibition.
She is expanding into Directing and Producing across Theatre, Film, and Television, and welcomes conversations around projects in development.
